At Pets Land, we want your furry friend to look their best in our latest fashion collections. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the pet apparel items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed garments with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping bag.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
