Feeding recommendation
For puppies of all breeds up to the age of 4 months and for young dogs of small breeds beyond that age.
To ease the switch to solid food, BELCANDO Puppy Gravy comes with a special sauce. Carefully mix 3 parts BELCANDO Puppy Gravy with 1 part warm water (40-50 °C) to create a particularly tasty sauce. This stimulates the puppies to accept solid food. Later, BELCANDO Puppy Gravy can also be fed in dry form. Average quantities for feeding puppies and young dogs are listed in the table shown. The correct feeding quantity is best determined by regularly checking the dog’s weight. The comparison of the individual weight curve with charts showing growth typical for the breed is recommended. Fresh drinking water should be available at all times. Because of individual differences between puppies of different breeds, the amounts given can vary by +/- 20%.
